Cel przedmiotu: | (tylko po angielsku) This course is intended to give the basic informations on negatiations and communication in business. The main objective is to prepare students to make succes negotiations and comunication proces in any business situation they like. The goal of the course ia also to increase student's knowledge of influence of their communication on other people. |

(tylko po angielsku) K2P_W04 has in-depth knowledge of human being and his or her features as the creator of culture and the subject of society, constructing social and organizational structures and the principles of their functioning in relation to various areas of human activity (political, economic, cultural), defines and explains basic concepts, processes and tasks in the field of human resources management, in the areas of recruitment and professional selection, interpersonal communication and competence management has in-depth knowledge of methods and tools (including data acquisition K2P_W09 has in-depth knowledge of psychological issues related to the management of organizations, in particular in the field of presentation and other methods of building the image of the organization K2P_W10 has extensive knowledge of information as an economic category and its elements that make up the information process and system; in in particular, knows in-depth methods and tools for information management, analysis and synthesis of information processes and systems K2P_U02 uses the acquired in-depth theoretical knowledge in the field of management sciences, extended by a critical analysis of its effectiveness and usefulness and skills acquired during professional practice, for a detailed description and practical analysis of social processes and phenomena, and formulates own opinions; critically selects data and methods of analysis, as well as appropriate methods and tools, including advanced techniques information and communication (ICT); puts forward and verifies simple research hypotheses; has research skills to solve problems in the field of management sciences (formulation and analysis of problems, selection of research methods and tools, development of results) K2P_U07 combines the human resources management strategy with the organization's development strategy (in particular, sees the advantages and disadvantages of the human resources management system in the aspect of interpersonal conflicts, which he tries to eliminate), cares for good interpersonal relations in the organization, is open to the needs of employees (including the need to raise the level of their knowledge and professional qualifications) and sensitive to irregularities in the scope human resource management and business K2P_K01 recognizes the importance of knowledge in solving cognitive and practical problems, at the same time critically assesses the knowledge possessed and perceived content K2P_K03 has a well-established sensitivity to social problems, fulfills social obligations, inspires and organizes activities for the environment initiates activities in the public interest, participates in the preparation of projects and social tasks related to management, taking into account economic, environmental, legal, and political aspects K2P_K04 performs professional roles responsibly, taking into account changing social needs, is aware of the importance of behaving in professional manner, developing the achievements of the profession and maintaining the ethos of the profession, acts in accordance with the principles of professional ethics, develops them and works to comply with these principles; is loyal to the company in which he works and is open to suggestions and proposals from various employees levels as well as customers |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |

A student receives an unsatisfactory grade (2.0) when he does not show a sufficient degree of achievement of the learning outcomes and obtains less than 50% of the sum of points on the exam / credit / control work A student receives a satisfactory grade (3.0) when he shows more than insufficient, but less than satisfactory, plus the degree of achievement of educational results and obtains from 50% to 60% of the sum of points on the exam / pass / control work A student receives a satisfactory plus (3.5) grade when he or she shows a higher than satisfactory, but less than good degree of achievement of the learning outcomes and obtains from 60% to 70% of the sum of points on the exam / credit / control work A student receives a grade of good (4.0) when he shows a greater than sufficient plus, but less than good, plus the degree of achievement of educational results and obtains from 70% to 80% of the sum of points on the exam / pass / control work A student receives a good plus (4.5) grade when he or she shows a greater than good, but less than very good degree of achievement of educational results and obtains from 80% to 90% of the sum of points on the exam / pass / control work A student receives a very good grade (5.0) when he or she shows a higher than good grade plus the degree of achievement of educational results and obtains from 90% to 100% of the sum of points on the exam / credit / control work |
