(tylko po angielsku) The basic communication theory in the course in Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg. This theory gives the principles and also steps for a communication which focuses on connection and understanding. This gives the frame for long-term cooperation in which the needs of everybody is taken into account. Negociation is a process of responding to “no”. How to continue communication and cooperation in case I hear “no”. In NVC “no” is a “yes” to a specific need. Empathise with this need. This may meet the need for understanding of the other person and contribute to her openness to you. Mediation is a process which include three people: two in a conflict and a third one – neutral mediator. Mediator facilitates the dialogue between the two people in a conflict. Mediator helps the people to name their needs, hear each other. Than the mediator helps to find a win-win solution which includes the needs of everybody. |
